The privacy was great as we were the only couple that night. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the table was elegantly set.

Clean, modern, size.

Very nice building, good location for doing stuff within Niagara-On-The-Lake (though the town is so small I'm not sure you can have a bad location). We made great use of the jet tub. Fresh fruit with breakfast was great.
Even though it didn't affect us, there would have been vehicle juggling if the rooms were filled and someone wanted to go out for the evening. Did not want to leave vehicle keys. I am not fond of dogs but this one was quite friendly and hardly barked.

Nothing.
No substantial curtains in the room. When the sun rose at 6AM, the room lit up and made sleeping in almost impossible. Pillows were very flat. Wi-fi was spotty to the point of being useless.
