Clean, safe, friendly. Pool and hot tub wonderful to use! Within walking distance of restaurants, movie theater and shopping, short drive to falls and nearby attractions. Have been here maybe 8 times, never a problem!

I was deasapointed at chek out time when I discovered than an other guest used my room number and FINANCIAL DATA for preceeding with its own check out. This is very inpleasant and damageable and I definitely remove Penninsula Resort of my reference list.O
I liked quiet and comfortable location. It is away from tourist intense downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive if you want to be downtown. The nearby Mandarin Buffet is one the best you will find anywhere in North America. No kidding.
I would have liked breakfast on site, however nearby Cora's restaurant was very nice.
The back where the chapel and garden area are is absolutely beautiful,close to the highway and the beds were comfy.
Had a problem with water filling up the tub while taking a shower,told manager but nothing was done.The restaurant was not open.The pool was too small for the amount of people so I did not really like paying so much for just sleeping.
The inn was really lovely and easy to find. The property was spacious and pretty. The room was basic but comfortable and close to the pool with a nice view of the garden.
We enjoyed our vist, it waw comfortable, accommodating and a decent price. The room was better than we thought, and we were treated with care.
It was much further than we thought from the falls and upon arrival we weren't really given any information on our stay; we learned it all from pages and flyers. We are independent travellers but the taxi we took was much more informative.

The location was excellent and for the price it was good value. Staff was friendly. Nice outside grounds. My personal experience was better than some reviews I had read. There may be some rooms that have problems but not the one that I stayed in. I would suggest that if you are not satisfied with your room you ask for another one as the staff were very accommodating with any of my requests for any extras.
As expected from previous reviews the windows to the rooms don't open and the restaurant was not open at the time of this visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to Niagara Falls many times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience). The rooms were large and the bed matresses were very comfortable. We all had a good sleep. 42&Quot; Flat screen tv. Great for a budget hotel.
If you are looking for a bit of luxury, this is not the place. A little skimpy on shampoo and coffee in the room. Having said that, when we asked for more there was no issues. We asked for 4 more shampoos and 3 coffees and got them with a smile.

We upgraded to a suite well worth the extra $30. Room was perfect, quiet, comfy bed the staff were really nice and friendly. The area even though its close to the hwy is quiet. Easy to find. Only a 10 min drive to fallsview.
Should have had an extra tv in the bedroom. The hallway was too warm and stuffy.
The location was PERFECT! Near absolutely EVERYTHING! Excellent customer services and we had a very good deal (not expensive). It was comfortable and we had access to the pool! Very very important to me.
There were no restaurant in the hotel... But I think it was on renovation or something like that...
Loved the church and places to sit outside and relax. The bed was very comfortable I also liked the movie channel

it was very easy to find and locate.It a close drive to the Falls and near to the many restaurants on Lundy's Lane.
Plenty of attractions in Niagara Falls. However a lot of them are a little chintzy. The Inn was comfortable but the staff tended to be a little standoffish.

The very hot hallways, the space under the doorway, the fact that there were no curtains, the toilet ran on and off all night, the restaurant wasn't open, the pool room was too hot to stay and swim, housekeeping when in our room even though the "do not disturb" sign was on our door, there were no working soda machines, no game room as listed, ice machine missing on floor 2

No refrigerator, only one ice machine for four floors.

Room was very spartan IE: no wallpaper low quality carpet, no fridge, Microwave, or extra blankets or pillows, no free breakfast either.

The "French" Manager who lacks any sense of customer care. He should be fired! The interaction with him made everything else irrelevant.
