Upon booking, HomeInMontreal will send the guest a contract (rental agreement) that must be signed and sent back via email prior to check in. Upon reception of the signed contract, HomeInMontreal will email a detailed guestbook to guests providing further information about key collection and other practical details as well as recommendations on things to do, restaurants, etc. A security deposit of CAD 750 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
