I arrived a couple hours earlier and the staff allowed me to check in as soon as a room was ready. - We stayed just one night, but we loved our stay.   In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean and very tidy. The Swimming pool and Jacuzz... wat mensen zeggen » i were clean and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, safe and tv. - We LOVED our stay we will definitely be back. The manager on duty was Shawn and he was incredibly helpful and informative. We were well taken care of and we will be back for sure.   The hotel is well situated - far enough from the reconstruction area, but only several minutes away from the reailway and bus stations, on a shopping street which is very quiet at night time. The stuff is willing to help at any time. Especially Alyena! She advised me lots of things and made my vacation really interesting.   LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator.   Pillows were both fluffy, but flattened nicely. The beds were very comfortable. There was a big concert in town with lots of younger adults. They had filled most of the hotel. The staff graciously placed me on the top floor away from most of the noise. It was WELL appreciated! - Parking was very convenient, it was very close to St-Lawrence Ma... wat mensen zeggen » rket and the concert we were in town for. The room was clean, but very basic. We did not get to try the complimentary breakfast as we had an emergency to attend to and had to leave early in the morning.

  Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families.
