  Excellent owner....Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and put her kitchen and her sitting room at our disposal. We really enjoyed her company and sense of humour. Beautiful imaginative breakfasts ((veggie for us). Out of town but very handy for buses. Comfortable and well equipped.   The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

  The rooms were spacious. Love the King Size Bed. Great location. Although we were not happy about paying for parking we were relieved that our car was in a secure place. That is very important.   Wij kregen een up-grade naar een suite-kamer met salon, werkelijk een zeer ruime kamer. Boek geen kamer op de 4e verdieping want daar hoor je een onophoudelijk geronk van de airo-ventilatoren en afzuiginstallaties die op het dak zijn gemonteerd. Een hels lawaai dat 's nachts nog doordringerder is en dat je uit je slaap houdt.wij vroegen en krege... wat mensen zeggen » n onmiddellijk een andere kamer op de 3e verdiepîn - The price was affordable and good value. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions). All staff spoke english when we had difficulty in french. - Staff were very nice. Room was meticulously clean and very relaxing. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Linens were so soft. Music in the lobby was so inviting. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever.

  All appliances were excellent. It was especially good to have a washer & dryer. Location was excellent in the old city within walking distance of sightseeing, shopping, supermarket & restaurants. The location was quiet and secure. Free Wi-Fi was great. - The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute walk to everything within the walled city.
