  The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive.   Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away.
