  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. He waited while the car com... wat mensen zeggen » pany sent us a replacement rental, he helped us move our luggage, and he even tried to help us move the car from the snow. He was amazing. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  The history and architecture of the building was amazing. The building was a lovely mix of historic features and modern amenities. The location is unbeatable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The included breakfast offered variety and was delicious. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The complim... wat mensen zeggen » entary room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made the stay that much more memorable. - I loved being in a historical building and yet all modern amenities were at my fingertips I liked having a valet because parking was an issue and understandably so in such a rich historical city. .Most importantly, the hostess unexpectedly, upgraded our room to the loft and I thought I was in heaven. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!

  Great location, nice rooms with very high ceilings, Pet friendly, large bathroom, excellent breakfast in the morning.   This quaint hotel is full of old world charm. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was more than accomodating. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Wonderful and helpful staff with an excellent breakfast. I want to go back! By far the best accommodations of our entire trip with six different accommodations in different cities.
