  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. He waited while the car com... wat mensen zeggen » pany sent us a replacement rental, he helped us move our luggage, and he even tried to help us move the car from the snow. He was amazing. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  The history and architecture of the building was amazing. The building was a lovely mix of historic features and modern amenities. The location is unbeatable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The included breakfast offered variety and was delicious. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The complim... wat mensen zeggen » entary room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made the stay that much more memorable. - I loved being in a historical building and yet all modern amenities were at my fingertips I liked having a valet because parking was an issue and understandably so in such a rich historical city. .Most importantly, the hostess unexpectedly, upgraded our room to the loft and I thought I was in heaven. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!

  Perfect location inside walls in Haute(upper)(Vieux) old town Quebec City with parking garage across the street ($16/24 hrs). Nice breakfast in restaurant downstairs. Rooms simply furnished but ours very comfortable, obviously recently painted. Clean, extra pillows, toiletries in room, blackout curtains on windows. Much nicer than I expected for a budget hotel, this place is run with prid - Great location, close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Clean and comfortable bathroom in the room. Very good breakfast, included in price. Choice out of 3 different plates: pancakes, toast and eggs. Parking in front of the hotel. Nice employees.

  We fell in love with your city and the Hotel ! The Hotel is quaint, clean, in a perfect location, and most of all the staff we spoke with were so nice and share so much information about the city !   Jean Francois was an amazing host - told us about authentic Quebecois sites. Wish I was just a tourist and had more time - definitely coming back! - Rooms were very nice. Very clean. JeanFrancois very helpful in recommending restaurants.
