The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

Well positioned, easy reach to Skytrain, two blocks. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, multiple cuisines. Close to shops and malls. Across the road from BC Centre for attendance at major sporting events and 5 mins walk to Rogers Arena for concerts etc -

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Prima hotel, voor ons doel goede ligging, zeer goede bedden, altijd drinkwater op de kamer, schone kamer, prachtig uitzicht, heel rustige kamer. Kortom, erg tevreden. - Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn zeer comfortabel en de prijs is hierop aangepast.
