Where the Palliser shines is in their staff. All the positions in this hotel are filled with top notch people . Special thanks to Nichole at the front desk.   we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. - Everything, except for the noisy AC (They provide earplugs) and some failures in daily housekeeping

We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel.
