  The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. They welcomed us when we came in and looked after us very well. The lobby gave a very good first impression of the hotel and the room was well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.   We have stayed at this hotel often, in many different kinds of rooms from a regular queen room to the luxury suite. This time we chose the family suite as our 4 year old son was with us. He absolutely loved the bunk beds in his private room area. He didn't want to leave. Thank you for making travelling with kids so much easier.   The best experience we had on quick get away, 2 pools and hot tub are lots of fun, they are clean and appealing. Hot breakfast is the other factor makes this hotel unique, I will give 5 stars. - The whole ambience of the place. Very welcoming and professional. Messed up our Breakfast Order but recovered the situation brilliantly!

  It was very quiet and comfortable which meant that my children slept all night without waking up. The pool is just the right size for little people, and they had a blast splashing around. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfy. Loved the pillows. It was all good! For the most part the staff were friendly.   We also met a couple of friends of ours on Friday, we had a great time on Saturday afternoon in the pool till the kids came along. The adults accompanying the kids were letting them jump in the pool from the hot tub railing witch made all four of us very uncomfortable.
