  The room was extremely clean. The bedding was nice. There were lots of power outlets. Mirrors were handy. Bathtub and shower was nice. Curtains blocked out daylight and sound. Nice TV. - Excellent location for Sidney. Their facilities are very well kept. Staff are helpful, professional and polite. Lots of parking.

  Our room was clean and comfortable; all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were located on the top (second) floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and Mount Baker. They gave us a water view room when we asked if we could change and made every effort to let us stay the 2 nd night in the same room. They succeeded and we were very happy. We came back with some wine and the gentleman at the desk at the time saw us and asked if we would like some wine glasses for our room. The continental breakfast was very nice. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

We left hotel at 530 a.m. Wake up call happened as planned, taxi on time ordered by staff and coffee in room and muffins available to take on road - Location is close to Butchart and easy from Sidney and Ferry if you have a car.   The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great for someone with allergies, because there is no carpet, only nice flooring. Lots of room for a large family, we had kids and grand kids with us! Kitchen area and full size fridge was very helpful. One story units made it nice with little kids. Nice location right off the main road and loca... wat mensen zeggen » ted about halfway between Sidney and Victoria. Lots of fans, to keep cool in the warm weather. Interior was newly renovated. Full size table was great - Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had reserved a suite and got more than expected: three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. We were three adults, one 9 year old and one thirteen year old, so it worked well for us. It is an easy 15 min. out of the city of Victoria, with a grocery 2 min. away, so was convenient for us. Good place for a multiple night stay. Highly recommend it.
