  Friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, clean and modern room with good sized bed, free internet and a small "business center" in the lobby lounge with 2 computers and laser printer. - This was of very high quality hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.   Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Our executive double room was fantastic! Big comfy beds. Clean bedding and towels every day. Big balcony. Nice bathroom/wetroom. Good quiet aircon in room. All windows opened. Double aspect room. Lovely big room. Some friends were staying at the St Petersburg 5* hotel. They had a pool but i... wat mensen zeggen » t cost twice as much and their rooms were smaller with no balcony, flat sreen tv or saterlite channels! The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу. The rooms were much bigger and cleaner than expected and even MORE .. 2. The Staff was the nicest bunch that we ever new!!.. I WILL RECOMMEND Hotel Noviz in a Heartbeat !!..

  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.
