  The hotel is located close to gondola, near the Strazhite and Valevichata hotels at the intersection of Glazne and Pirin strs. (Approx 150-200m from gondola). The room we stayed was clean and it had refrigerator (which is rare at other Bansko hotels :p ). The breakfast was excellent, even if it wasn't a buffet-one. The hotel has also jacuzzi and sauna and a "mehana" at its basement where the food was very good an - first of all i would like to talk about IVAN(megalo alani),very friendly,very kind, very nice guy, the best housekeeper. the rooms are very warm,very clean, enough space for everyone(we booked a 3person room).the breakfast was very good, every day different and in good amount of food.5 minutes maximum to reach the gondola. i suggest everyone to stay there . geia sou re Ivan...

  I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... wat mensen zeggen » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.
