  Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

  The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price.   The room was very clean and tidy. I was in a room that had an excellent view and had a balcony overlooking some of the town and mountains in the background. The best part of the hotel is probably the service. The hotel owner Milko is very helpful and friendly. He showed us where the best places to go are and was more than happy to help us with any... wat mensen zeggen » problems that we had. You can be sure that you will be well looked after if you choose this hotel. The hotel is located near the main street in Bansk - We had a great time and felt very welcome at the Snow Pearl. Lovely new building, great view of the mountains from our spacious room with a balcony and lots of windows. Nothing was too much trouble for our host (including transport from the Bus Station) he was really really welcoming and helpful - recommending places to go to and lots of practical advice. The complex is close to the gondola, there is a sauna and jacuzzi; late check out is a huge plus. Kitchen facilities did not really matter

  The hotel is nice, the rooms are warm, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. The hotel is in an enclosed compound with parking and 24*7 security which was handy in my case as I was with a car.
