  In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  My trip was really peaceful and I had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay. I liked the SPA center and I would definitely visit again! - Good food, nice rooms, friendly staff, amazing locatiom(Bansko is amazing) Very good SPA

  I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids. That's all cheers. - Value is 45 euro double, it' s better to have a room in the central department because you will have immedia... wat mensen zeggen » te access to the spa facilities, the breakfast is nice.
