The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Wilson who runs the
tour company connected to the hostel is full of info and doesn't
pressure. You can get free nights if you go on a tour. We stayed in two
of the double ensuite rooms and both were spacious and clean - the one
upstairs is best. Laundry service was good and cheap. Location is spot
on' from outside the front of the hostel you look left and the Opera

Breakfast is basic like everywhere in Brazil but bread buns would be
nicer than sliced loaf. We booked our boat tickets to Tabatinga through
the hostel as it was a little cheaper and they will arrange a taxi to
pick you up and take you to the port but the taxi arrived 50mins late
which made us anxious, though we got good hammock spaces all the same.
