  Staff was very helpfull when I needed something from a pharmacy at 2:00am! I payed for but they send a cab to pick it up for me! ;) - I Liked breakfast, it was good a a lot of variety. The people are nice and kindly. The wi-fi signal was good and free.

  Basically, every time I travel to Sao Paulo SP, I prefer to stay there due to several reasons (cleanness, comfort, location, etc). Therefore, I would like to add something that is not common nowadays.   Best hotel value for this price. Very clean and silent. The staff is very well trained and the check in was done quickly. The room is big just like the pictures. I t has a living room, balcony, small kitchen and a nice big bed. This was our third stay there and if the discount still there we´ll definitely go back. - Everything was fine. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room).   It's a very good option for business travellers. Not a big luxury, but you have everything you need for a short stay. Room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast also very nice for Brazilian standards. Location is perfect, Moema is a nice district with good restaurants. The hotel was close to several restaurants (Italian neighborhood), a shopping mall (Ibirapuera), and a full grocery store. The location is safe, even for walking around in the evening.
