Friendliness of overnight staff who let me in and great breakfast. the staff the pool. garden by the pool. the shower the door key. no hot water, pool not usable, too far from city center in a city that is not that safe to walk in after dark, loud, fairly funky, but it was cheap!. Please avoid. An awful hotel. So shabby it warrants a 1 star n certainly not a 3 star. Tiles in shower cracked n grubby. Net curtains were filthy n rooms dark n grungy. Avoid like the plague. I stayed only one night and went to the airport as soon as I could in the morning. This hotel needs a major facelift. Staff were helpful re organising of a flight out of Bolivia. The only positive of the hotel.
