Room service was affordable by US stds (expensive by La Paz stds). Good internet strength. Nice balcony in some rooms. Good breakfast served until 10:30am and included in room rat... wat mensen zeggen » e. Nice warm rooms, hot shower, great water pressure even on the top floor. Good price for La Paz 5 star hotel. - I have stayed there twice and am always so impressed with the staff. They seem to know everything about La Paz. We asked where the nearest lavanderia was and they plotted it on a map. When we discovered it was closed, they instantly plotted two more for us. They also speak excellent English. Restaurant has a solid buffet and good hours. Private taxi service waiting for you. I really like this hotel.

  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. The choices and size of the meals in the din... wat mensen zeggen » ing room were huge and very well priced. All came with the salad bar. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we were provided a free oxigen bottle when requested to aid with altitude sickness. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel accepted special requests (like cleaning the room with no cleaning products or solvents). The taxi service at the hotel was excellent and not much more expensive than... wat mensen zeggen » other taxis. - After travel in other, more rustic parts of Bolivia, it was nice to have a modern hotel with all the amenities. The staff was very attentive in all areas.

  Everything was great. The house is very beautiful,and rooms are spacious,comfortable and have heating. You can call the host any moment and she will be eager to help you with everything. Meanwhile there is a lady that makes you breakfast and she can do your laundry. Her name is Fortunata and she is extremely nice and kind,we loved her! She is awes... wat mensen zeggen » ome! Breakfast is very good too with fruit and fresh juice and location is the best in the city. We spent there about a week and had a chance to compa - Overall atmosphere was homey and welcoming. This was, in fact, a large family home that is now this hotel. It's location is convenient to getting around to different parts of the central area, as well as to the airport shuttle.
