  Beautiful rooms, stylish design. We stayed in Graaf Van Vlaanderen Room (Executive Double Room) and Modern Room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Both are cosy. It's nice to sit by a fireplace with a beer. :) Wonderful breakfast. Lovely amiable hosts and staff. Excellent advices given. The recommended places were beautiful. A free parking place ... wat mensen zeggen » for guests of PPP on an underground parking nearby. Excellent location. - Unique! Lovely big room. Interesting lighting. Very comfortable. WiFi good. Air con welcome as we visited during a hot spell. Good breakfast. Private parking, though a short walk away. Generally quiet (though see downside). Very convenient for old quarter. Didn't use TV (huge) nor fire as too short a stay / summer, but nice to have. Would return.

  The Bed and Breakfast is absolutely beautiful, huge rooms and very comfortable. The owners were lovely, relaxed and friendly, breakfast was great, and we had access to the kitchenette downstairs which was very handy. It's easily accessible by tram, straight from the train station and to the center of town.
