  Extraordinary hotel. Large suites with all the facilities. Fantasticviews. Decoration of all the hotel is very, very nice. The staff isfriendly and helpful. - The view from our room was beautiful. The swimming pool and the bar on the 15th floor was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  1.Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They were willing to accommodate any request to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. 2. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our children. 3. Club Lounge access was very good even with children and staff always aimed to please. 4. As well as the array of food in the buffet - I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. Stunning, breathtaking, amazing, without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever been too. From the amazing staff, to the beautiful surroundings, to the incredible rooms, there is nothing that isn't 5 star plus, plus. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious week I have had. Worth every penny! Bahrain is beautiful and should be on the top 10 places to visit in the Middle East by far.

  Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous. Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get back into it. Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. - I really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. Denny made us feel like family up... wat mensen zeggen » on the Club floor and special thanks to the ladies in the lounge, Maricel, Rochelle, etc. Everyone was so lovely and kind. The beach was great, the room excellent. Perfect for a quick holiday getaway.
