  The owners are very friendly. They did their best to help us when we got some troubles with the car. The location is pretty good if you travel by car. - Staff friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble! :)

  Very pleasantly surprised. We wanted to stay longer! The room was very modern and clean - we felt right at home. It's a good 10 minute walk to town, but for this price and this quality we were prepared to make the hike!   I booked the hotel for the restaurant and it indeed didn't disappoint me at all. If you stay for enjoying awesome food then it's definitely the right place, the resto is outstanding in providing typical Austrian dishes. The room is well equipped, charming and nice. Personally I like it a lot and do feel very comfortable inside. Friendly staff. - Comfortable and very clean rooms; also very beautiful decorated . Excellent staff and good breakfast. In terms of location, this hotel is close to the railway station (5-7 min walking distance); downtown can be reached by foot within 30-40 minutes or by public transport in 20 min.

  We felt that we included with the family, not simply anonymous guests passing through. We got to meet young Maria, and one of the owner's three sons even played for us on his accordion! The food is quite good, and iteresting activities seem to occur during the week, such as a tango night. Salzburg is readily accessible As a side-note, we had lef - Who wouldn't love to visit family in a 400-year-old curiosity of a house with winding passages, multiple levels, and a variety of antiques? My daughter, two teenaged grandsons, and I felt welcome and quite at home during out stay. Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful.
