Rooms, reception, breakfast area, were expectionally clean and fresh, with plently of fresh flowers everywhere. - All of the staffs at Hotel Sacher Salzburg were friendly andprofessional and exceptionally well trained. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little.It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way andstill feel it when we think back.

  We felt that we included with the family, not simply anonymous guests passing through. We got to meet young Maria, and one of the owner's three sons even played for us on his accordion! The food is quite good, and iteresting activities seem to occur during the week, such as a tango night. Salzburg is readily accessible As a side-note, we had lef - Who wouldn't love to visit family in a 400-year-old curiosity of a house with winding passages, multiple levels, and a variety of antiques? My daughter, two teenaged grandsons, and I felt welcome and quite at home during out stay. Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the neighborhood ambience with an easy walk to the old town center. Like most Europe
