Rooms are nice and clean, but breakfast is too expensive. Hotel is located next to tram stops and it takes 5 min to the center. We were not able to get hotel parking, but it was fairly easy to find one in the street. It's cheaper - 5 €/day in a safe neighbourhood. Excellent value for the money. Great hotel just three tram stops from the center square. Beautiful rooms and late working bar. Ideal for short buisness visits.

Bathroom McDonalds is located in the front of the hotel, so if you don't want to spend 13 EUR each (children pay the same amount!) for breakfast you have alternative solution. Very friendly reception staff, clean, close to tram stop and train station. Clean and good restaurant. Wooden floor in room. The bathroom in the family room does not have a door, (except for WC, thank God) so shy family members beware. No coffee or tea in the room. The room has a open style bathroom which is awkward with a family room including teenagers. The "open shower" (bathroom without a door) felt slightly odd, and the breakfast buffet was a little expensive. However, neither negated the fact that our stay was comfortable. location next to train tracks and parking lot poorly secured. breakfast very standard, no Italian station on TV. Need to offer washclothes with towel set for American guests. parking in the hotel's parking is 9 euro. The refer to Design, but Design is not making things pretty or colourful. When you arrive with the car, you do not have possibility to enter the parking lot. You have to stop your car where you should not stop it and walk to reception so they would open the gate. And then when you have parked you have to take longer walk with your luggage, to enter the hotel, because the doors next to parking place would not open from outside. Too close to train tracks. No refrigerator and no coffee at room.
