  I loved the room and facilities. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped. I found staying in it very relaxing. The pool facilities at the hotel were great but we choose to walk across the road and use the pool at the Rydges resort as it was a bit more tropical and resort like! The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times. Althoug... wat mensen zeggen » h we didn't end up using them the shuttle buses to the airport and Mindel Beach market were great. - Responded well to their error in the booking they accommodated my husband and son in the Rydges Resort when they gave away the hotel booking in error and found they had no vacancies in the hotel

  As a frequent business traveller there were many features I really liked. The size of the room, it's fit out with comfortable bed, chair and table to work on. I liked that there was a balcony and it was quiet. The Airport Tavern is located about 20 m away through a gate and I was impressed with the standard of clientele , food and atmosphere there... wat mensen zeggen » . Will definitely stay again. - This motel is positioned close to the airport and offers a free shuttle (on call). Staff are friendly and helpful, and organised a 4 a.m. wake up call and a 5 a.m. ride to the airport for us.

  The proprietors were outstanding. We arrived having lost the use of our credit card as it had been cancelled due to online fraud. Our debit card turned out to be out of date. We were in the embarrassing situation of not being able to pay short of doing a direct bank transfer. The owner said "don't worry, when you get back to Tasmania, get in touch... wat mensen zeggen » with us and let us know your new credit card number". He showed amazing trust. He also promptly phoned the taxi company to ensure we would not miss o - Great room with fridge so you can prepare your own meals if on a budget! Staff were fantastic, knowledgeable about the area, helped us plan where to go, which buses to get and even helped us with setting up an Australian mobile (this was our first stop of our year in Australia)... 5 star service couldn't have asked for better hosts! Right near airport ($20 taxi to and from airport) Not much within walking distance but bus stops right outside the hotel and the staff are more than happy to help w
