  Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. Staff fantastic, room was great in the tower (upgraded to this room,thank you) so close to everything including the beautiful lady bay walk. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Not sure why those who have negative feedback did so. I will sta... wat mensen zeggen » y again for sure - We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. All staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus there is a mineral spa in the complex. Parking is good and access is exellent. I am extending stay for 1 more week as ... wat mensen zeggen » my husband had an accident and broke his ankle. I was able to choose my room and staff went out of their way for me. - This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

  The reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. I had a very comfortable stay and would go again. The room was very spacious. - Quiet, easy to find, close for what we needed and economical, bonus spa.

  Breakers restaurant was very convenient and had the best seafood platter for two, thoroughly recommend them. Apartment was very clean, had two toilets for a one bedroom I was very surprised. Yes would stay there again. - your receptionist was very freindly, knowledgable and helpfull, my only regret was we couldn't stay longer as we found Warrnabo... wat mensen zeggen » ol a more plesentplace than Melbourne.
