Good location, great staff who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Although the Motel is close to the main road is a very quiet location. Meals are good value and delivered to your room on time. Great shower and nice continental breakfast placed in our room the night before, ready for us to enjoy at our convenience the next morning. Toaster in room. Staff very nice. Very central location.

I enjoyed a clean spacious room with a hassle free check in and check out. The reception was friendly and willing to share local knowledge. Great staff, very friendly people. Comfortable spacious room for an affordable price. Breakfast included was a bonus. Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made it seem as if nothing was to much trouble. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. overall nice place to stay if you want the room for a short stay, a good place for a busy schedule. Breakfast provided included in tariff ..good selection of meals on the dinner menu. was perfect for what was needed on the night, cosy, welcoming and plenty of room. Very clean and tidy , arrived late easy to access and friendly staff well done. It was quite modern and tastefully decorated. The room had all I required. Clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything you need for an overnight stay. The Owners were very very warm & friendly & hospitable. Close to the city and shopping. The beds were comfortable. Quiet location near city centre. Was clean and staff excellent. Staff very friendly. Good location close to CBD and attractions. Parking was free. Breakfast was of good quality. Room was relatively spacious for 2. Staff were welcoming and responsive. The bed and lounge chairs were comfy. Rooms are older style showing some general wear and tear, parking can be a problem as it is first in to get a spot, otherwise you have to park outside which I didn't like. You can miss it first time and drive past as the Motel is down off the road and in a shopping complex. A lit up or flashing sign would be helpful. Otherwise their sign is lost amongst the others. not that i didn't like anything thought it was funny built in around shops but would stay there each time i come to toowoomba. It wasn't very sound proof, everytime someone walked up the stairs you could hear it and when opening their doors it was noisy too. People were talking outside the units loudly and didnt have respect for people sleeping both late at night and early in the morning. The noisy people in the next room. Partying guests late return and excessive noise. As my car is a larger than standard car parking was tight and difficult. The air conditioner was so noisy I could not sleep and had to turn it off. Small tv. Need a new mattress kept rolling into middle all night. Hard bed I have bad shoulders and found it hard to sleep. But this is typical of many units. Air conditioning was ineffective. Shower temperture varied between hot and cold. I was travelling alone. Altough I was still using the same amount of sheets i was using less water etc. And instead i would have prefered 1 breakfast a day not 2 (for the person not with me) and saved on the room. The noisey air conditioner. Lights not bright enough. Or wall was too dark for light to shine well.
