We found the Staff friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and unit was cosy . We thought the grounds,plants were beautiful very peaceful. We enjoyed the restaurant we ate there both nights during our stay and enjoyed our meals...the young man who served us was great as was the welcoming receptionist when we booked in. We only stayed one night but on arrival a band was playing great music, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, the activities were interesting (reptile show, toad race, feeding the animals). We loved it.
alle beoordelingen » The surrounding garden added to the pleasure of being out in the countryside. Very relaxing and friendly place. Nice to come back to after a day exploring. Good food. it was clean, beds were comfortable, food at restaurant was delicious, it was quiet and having the car parks at the back and to overlook a garden was very pleasant. The staff were fantastic and the meals in the restaurant were superb. Nice gardens and close to the wedding we were attending. Grounds were beautiful, quiet and great beds. pigs food the staff where really friendly. It was very nice, clean and friendly. Very homey next to tavern/restaurant. Cute room easy parking :). very quiet, neat, clean. Great restaurant Think it would be great if you had kids - fairly family friendly atmosphere and lots for them to do. It was only an overnight stay. The bed was good and the aircon worked! Really enjoyed the sleep. Room clean and tidy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was ok. The venue was great for entertainment the Vintage were awesome. Friendly staff and good food. Room was clean. The country feel about the motel and Hotel. Easy Check in. Bed was comfortable. Nothing. I would've liked undercover parking seeing as the car parks were behind the rooms. The shower rose did not work and was just hanging so we were unable to shower properly. The bed after only one night of a 2x night stay we had to leave. I have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and the bed would have to rate the worst I have ever slept in. My back was so sore I had to go to a chiropractor to fix it. Not enough hot water in the spa. needs basic sink. needs small microwave. Honeymoon suite way too expensive for what it was (just an oversized standard room with a decent bathroom with spa bath). The room itself looked like it could do with an upgrade (decor a bit old). Hotel was right on the base of the mountain (so no view), also right on the main road (though to be fair a lot of accommodation on Tambourine Mountain is). The shower a bit tricky. Too quiet, even for mature aged couple (we were the only ones staying). The poor situation when it rained and the tables were awful in the open area not enough cover and very uncomfortable. Can`t sleep in room, outside lights light up room at night with only timber blinds to block out the light. Bathroom needed a really good clean. At Breakfast we were very rudely asked to move tables halfway through eating our breakfast. (1000am) Because the young girl wanted to set up (tablecloth and balloons) for a party coming in at 1030am. We declined. We left leisurely with enough time for the young girl to set the table.
