  The lovely friendly staff, who bent over backwards to assure our needs were met. We solo appreciated hiring the spa bath room for the evening at a special rate, that just made our stay given we were confined to our room, it was so cold out. Big thanks to reception, Louise??? The new apartments are fresh and clean, well laid out, full kitchen, a b... wat mensen zeggen » alcony and lots of room for the baby. Continental breakfasts came with the room, it was yummy and good value with the upgrade to a full cooked one. - Spacious and comfortable room. Luckily got corner spa room with courtyard. Went for a concert and very convenient location. Will stay here again. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very friendly. Quiet and peaceful in the city... fantastic!!

  I liked the "can do" attitude of staff and being very accommodating during my short visit to Brisbane. I arrived very late into Brisbane that night, and staff organised access to my room, even though the reception facility had closed well before my arrival. Excellent service! - The receptionist warmly welcomed us, which was lovely, and also made... wat mensen zeggen » our stay easier by booking us in for our second night with no hassle and even letting us keep the same room. And so close to Westfield shopping centre :) Also free parking was a huge bonus
