  Lokatie - We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view. The extra attention and little touches we received from Novotel's staff made all the differenc - The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. There was no problems with us paying up front and using cash as the deposit instead of having an authorisation taken on our cards. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Would defin

  It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... wat mensen zeggen » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

  Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Lovely views, fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf, as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely. I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.
