Very clean and the staff were lovely - we were even given some Easter eggs when we checked out on Easter Sunday! We stayed the night for a wedding and it was exactly what we needed - clean, compact with a great location. There was no problem when we wanted to arrive early to have showers and get ready before the wedding, or check out late so we could sleep in after a big night! Highly recommend!.
alle beoordelingen » the woman on the desk was so so helpful and friendly. the mattresses were comfortable and a general "good feeling" was found once the door opened...definately a case of "not judging the book by the cover" would recommend it totally. no traffic noise tho close to a main road. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help Room was clean, comfortable had a tv, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and microwave. The inn was a five minute walk from restaurants. There were many interesting things to do in Shepparton and surrounding areas. We were in Shepparton for a Wedding and we were so impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed, caring attitude of Anna, she was a treasure. It was very quiet and close to the venue we were attending. Super friendly and helpful manager/owner. The rooms are spacious and cosy. Fantastic value for money with convenient location. Will definitely return. Thank you!. Although on main road was quite. Staff went out of her way to help ---- even giving us a pitcher of filtered water when there was no bottled water in stock. Its homeliness. Squarer shape is much nicer than many motels which are long and narrow. Lighting was also good. It was also very very quiet which I loved. We found the room clean and fresh smelling,linen, towels clean. The breakfast was very nicely cooked and delivered to the room on time. Comfortable, the bed was relatively new. The room was generally clean. The motel is situated in a relatively quiet area of the town. nice and quite with lovely helpfull staff really like the set up of the rooms with the extra bench space, very handy when studying. The motel was very quiet and we had the best sleep.Comfortable beds,very clean,well looked after.Would stay there again. Bathroom was a little claustrophobic. The cupboards are not tall person friendly, they are far too low. The carpet needed a good clean. it was very obvious to see the difference when you moved the couch a little bit. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Couch a bit worn but acceptable. The unit lacked some essentials e.g. knives, forks, plates. Did not appear to be any heating as the weather was on the chilly side at night. room was a little cluttered. but still comfortable. Not enough space either side of bed. Couch was a bit broken. bed a bit hard for me, but my partner loved it, would have preferred some extra crockery, i.e plates and cutlery. Very small room.only sink in the lounge area none in bathroom.
