All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slo... wat mensen zeggen » w in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

  It is very conveniently situated & easy to find on the (quiet!) main road. It has a nice atmosphere with very helpful staff. We liked one particular helpful staff member Melanie who assisted us with print outs of tours etc. She was the most loveliest and friendly person that went on to the net and nothing was too much trouble. - The food was good.   I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. - Very good value for money compared to others in the area. Clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet ( I had a room out the back.

We weren't in Melbourne for business or leisure but a hospital procedure - and did feel safe there on my own when partner in hospital.
