  All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.   We were t sure what to expect because the price was so good but we found Very friendly staff and fabulous price. Facilities are older but have been well kept. This motel was perfectly clean! We were afraid of street noise from Nepean Hwy but they have walls and plantings to block noise pollution and we slept better than we do at in Richmond! - Th... wat mensen zeggen » e room was great, everything in the room that we wanted, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave & fridge. The only thing is with these items in the room you do need some crockery & cutlery. Maybe this could be handed to guests on arrival then handed back on departure if stealing is a problem. Otherwise it was excellent.

  Had everything that we could possibly need for an overnight or longer stay . Best apartment / cabin type accommodation we have ever stayed in . The price was also a big bonus .   We liked the lovely spa which was big enough for 2 people with out feeling squashed. We liked one particular helpful staff member Melanie who assisted us with print outs of tours etc. She was the most loveliest and friendly person that went on to the net and nothing was too much trouble. - The food was good.
