  Nev went above & beyond to look after us as we were arriving late. He took our breakfast order over the phone including gluten free, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much Nev & we'll def be staying with you again. - The motel was very central to the shopping district and close to take away food venues.   I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. It was only a short walk to the Spencer St bus depot to th... wat mensen zeggen » e airport so that was also convenient. - Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle. Did lack a dining table. I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get. Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

  We arrived after 8pm at night and were given a warm welcome by Andrew who was also very helpful. The twin beds were super comfortable and we loved the new bathroom. - very well thought out mini-bar. menu for breakfasts was very good, good range offered, good value for money.barriers to reduce noise from the road very effective.

  Driving from Perth to Sydney and back I just wanted a clean friendly place to rest after driving all day. Phone, Internet and Cable TV availability was great. Beds very comfortable.   We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago ! Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.

  Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice. Specially thanks to Rick Yen who made nice arrangement for me.
