Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  We loved it all. The cottage had Everything we needed. The fireplace and spa were perfect as was the size- just perfect for a romantic weekend away. it is walking distance to shops and cafes as well as a lot to do close by. The cottage was presented beautifully- bed was super comfy. Although a basic old cottage, it was well appointed and provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, the spa and fireplace were lovely romantic features. There was more birdsong than traffic noise.

Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.   A very good place to stay if you are on Holliday or business. We were traveling with our Son,his wife and two children ages 2 and 4. We were made. Very welcome by all staff who ran the apartments well, we're friendly and helpful. The accommodation was v.
