  This is a lovely old (19th century) hotel with high ceilings and attractive features not found in modern buildings. We loved our 'room' - which was in fact a suite, with a separate kitchen-diner. It's extremely well-located, being on the very edge of the Geelong CBD (and hence close to restaurants), and a short walk to the Bay and beach. The host ... wat mensen zeggen » was extremely helpful and friendly. And we were very pleased with the price - top value! - A nicely appointed B&B with a welcoming host. Unfortunately we didn't stay long here, just an overnight trip, but it seemed like a nice place. Good location and, even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean and very large.
