  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. - Everything about our... wat mensen zeggen » short stay at The Langham Melbourne was as expected. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.   After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

  As I am currently in a wheelchair and had noted this in the instructions - I was delighted that they put me in a King room with a disabled friendly bathroom. This made a huge difference to the trip as everything was made so much easier. The gym facilities for my husband were fantastic - he really enjoyed that. I liked the hotel's commitment to the environm - Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. The breakfast the next morning was beautiful. I will never stay in any other hotel again other than the Grand Hyatt...
