Cannot fault our stay and have and will continue to recommend to family & friends without hesitation. - The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. - Everything about our... wat mensen zeggen » short stay at The Langham Melbourne was as expected. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  Good Size room Basic but comfortable Pricing was OK Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . - Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

  After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

  As I am currently in a wheelchair and had noted this in the instructions - I was delighted that they put me in a King room with a disabled friendly bathroom. This made a huge difference to the trip as everything was made so much easier. The gym facilities for my husband were fantastic - he really enjoyed that. I liked the hotel's commitment to the environm - Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. The breakfast the next morning was beautiful. I will never stay in any other hotel again other than the Grand Hyatt...

  Queen room was a reasonable size for 2 people. Restaurant service and meal was excellent catering to dietary requirements. Good size bathroom and shower. - Modern spacious rooms are clean and comfortable. Big bathroom and shower you won't want to get out of. Friendly and helpful staff at hotel.

We also loved the surprise that we were provided with bread, juice and milk for breakfast. Maybe that's the standard for the inns in the area, but we still found this very thoughtful. That was before we had relaxed outside in our private courtyard with fresh plunger coffee. Then heading off to the double spa with a bottle of wine .It was the perfect place to relax and indulge.
