All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slo... wat mensen zeggen » w in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

  All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.   I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. Did lack a dining table. I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get. Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

But at the same time, they are able to keep the hostel calm, so you can choose or join the activities or resting in your room. It is a really good place to be.

  We arrived after 8pm at night and were given a warm welcome by Andrew who was also very helpful.
