  Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

  There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... wat mensen zeggen » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  On arrival the hotel staff where excellent being offered a drink to relax while the bags where taken to our room and the receptionist already expecting us and knowing who we are by name. The ambience of the hotel was everything we expected from a small country exclusive hotel. Unfortunately we only had one day with you and didn't make use of your facilities. Next time in Tasmania we will - The staff were exceptional - genuinely friendly to people from different walks of life The hotel was amazing - nice location and very luxurious

  Excellent central location, comfortable rooms, with a window that could be opened. Beds were comfortable and clean, with no cigarette smells. Option for private parking is very good.
