All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slo... wat mensen zeggen » w in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

  Loved the location. Clean, well appointed and delivered exactly what it said it would. Great that it had the cooking and washing facilities with full size fridge. Bed very comfortable with two pillows each! yay! - This apartment was so close to everything St Kilda has to offer. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people.   The location is brilliant, with the tram line just across the road for quick trips to the city, Chapel street a short distance away and St Kilda restaurant area and beach all within walking distance. The apartment (3 bedroom) was very spacious, with full kitchen. - We really liked the fact it was a 3 bedroom apartment...just what we needed!
