  Gewoon een geweldig mooie kamer (superiour room), niets op aan te merken.. - I am impressed with the attentiveness of the staff in particular the Front Office Manager ( name is Greg ) who attended to my compliant swiftly and helped me changed to a better room. They stay was truly enjoyable. - Excellent location

All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slo... wat mensen zeggen » w in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.

  Ruim, goede rustige ligging, dichtbij winkels en restaurant. - Very friendly staff. The studio give to us was pretty much close to everything in St. Kilda. If you can... Make sure to ask for a studio in either 5 Acland Street or 36 Blessington Street (which is where we stayed). Right outside the building there was a barbecue grill (free to use)..... wat mensen zeggen » . So be ready to get some meat from Cole's and start grilling!!! I loved my stay in Melbourne and I can't wait to come back!!! - The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.

  The room and location was lovely. We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette which was very helpful. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. - the fact that you upgraded the room because we were staying longer this was really great for my disabled son as we had cooking facilities the room was 1st class

  Loved the location. Clean, well appointed and delivered exactly what it said it would. Great that it had the cooking and washing facilities with full size fridge. Bed very comfortable with two pillows each! yay! - This apartment was so close to everything St Kilda has to offer. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people.
