  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Top marks given to Melissa Yeo, the front desk manager in her attentiveness and guest first service. Excellent in-house fine dining restaurant at gro... wat mensen zeggen » und floor. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes.   Totally amazing Concierge staff - pay them double! The welcome when we drove up was unbeliavable. Check in was warm, but not the same as those guys out the front working in the heat. Because we were travelling on our own, my sister and I were given twin rooms each ... disappointing as this was my first opportunity to have a queen bed to myself f... wat mensen zeggen » or "long" time! Beautiful property and wonderful staff. - We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained. The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly.

  It was a last minute decision for my 50th birthday. We received a room upgrade and a bottle of bubbly when we told them our occasion - thank you Hilton Adelaide you really made my day. Liked the rate we paid through letsbookhotel.com The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great. Cocktail bar was lovely, civilised and relaxing around 7pm. Nice... wat mensen zeggen » live music in the lounge bar later in the evening. - I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
