  Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request. I was very... wat mensen zeggen » happy when I opened the room door to find I was not going to have to share a bed with my adult daughter. Thankyou. - top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath. Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... wat mensen zeggen » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value ... wat mensen zeggen » for money. - The staff were fantastic. We were travelling with our 11 month old and they were very helpful and understanding. The restaurant was great for value. we booked a spa and it was well worth the money. The room was huge and so peaceful. Highly reccommended to anyone.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -... wat mensen zeggen » Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).
