  The hotel is located in beautifully landscaped grounds with access to numerous swimming pools and the beach. We had a ery spacious room with very comfortable beds.Excellent views over palm trees to Whitsunday Island from the large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff despite being very busy. Excellent transport options to get around the island... wat mensen zeggen » . Great fun on the golf carts. Good variety of food at the buffet breakfast and lovely dinners in the Pool Terrace Restaurant. - Very comfortable. The hotel staff were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was excellent. Ample laundry facilities discreetly located. There is a fabulous free shuttle bus service which stops at the front entrance. The sea view rooms have the most spectacular view - waking up each morning looking out over the bay is an absolute joy!! Free wifi internet, available throughout the hotel and pool area, was a real bonus.

  The staff and facilities were great, including book & dvd library. Layout of apartment perfect for families with plenty of indoor and balcony space. Plenty of good cooking/serving ware and generous supplies of shampoo/soaps etc in bathrooms/kitchen. Short walk to supermarket, shopping plaza, movies, bars & eateries. Right on river/beachfro... wat mensen zeggen » nt and transport at door. All this, yet quiet at night. Truely fantastic place to stay. - The apartment was fantastic and very quiet. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

  Ze waren erg gastvrij en je kon met alle vragen bij ze terecht, van tours om te boeken tot plakband voor een kapotte koffer. Daarnaast alle foto's die online staan komen ook echt overeen met de werkelijkheid. All the pictures you see online are corresponding with the reality. It was a great appartm - Zeer ruime en luxe ingedeelde appartement met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Schoon en netjes en vriendelijk personeel die er alles aan doen om je het naar de zin te maken. Bovendien is dit alles voor in onze ogen een acceptabele prijs. Wij zullen dit appartement zeker bij anderen aanbevelen. Het was een genot om hier te verblijven en onze rondreis door Australië op deze plek af te sluiten. Met één woord geweldig.

  Villas were beautifully presented, spacious and comfortable. Love the plunge pool and the views. Very comfortable and relaxing and will most definitely be back. The main pool was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. - Everything. The words I have responded to sum it up. The villa design, it's space, furniture and equipment, and general resort... wat mensen zeggen » facilities made other 5 star accommodation seem lacking by comparison.
