Clean, comfortable room, nice big comfortable bed, friendly, helpful
staff. Not too far from city centre but having a car is useful as bus
service infrequent. Air- conditioner worked well to keep the room cool.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe. I would recommend this place to other travellers and will definitely come back again. -

We've stayed there a few times - some for work and some personal. We have enjoyed the facilities/wining and dining and always found staff more than helpful. We have spent time in the pool which is welcoming and clean. LOVE the new block and especially the art in the new block. I purchased the "Lasseters Collection" art book. -

... wat mensen zeggen » n was close to the main part of town. It was handy having the restaurant withing walking distance after travelling by car for most of the day and the variety of food was excellent. My husband recommends the Vindaloo. He loved it.

Melaluca on Mitchell is located in the heart of Darwin and is right across from Coles. It's surrounded by great pubs and restaurants.
I booked a double bed accessible room with my own ensuite and the room was great value for money and fully accessible. I also loved that the aircon was so loud it blocked out most of the noise!

Great pool & bar! It's so warm in Darwin the pool is always being used.
Rely enjoyed my stay at Melaleuca, I was travelling along and found it easy to make friends to have fun with.
They have cleaners that work everyday, so bathroom is clean and the bedroom bins are always changed. The mess comes from other guests

Views were excellent. Apartment was a good size with large balcony. Daily cleaning best standard we have experienced. New carpet. Two TVs (one in bedroom) appreciated. Our 1 bedroom apartment had very generous proportions. The location was perfect - a very pretty area, lovely view over the harbour and easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, wharf precinct. There was a good travel shop with great staff in the foyer which made it very easy to arrange excursion and get information about what to do and how to get around.

-Het hotel is mooi in het centrum van AS gelegen. Da 's handig want andere grote resorts liggen toch wel op een respectabele wandelafstand en bij een hitte van 40°C is dat niet bepaald aangenaam.
-Personeel heel vriendelijk en soepel bij extra wensen

We were very comfortable for our one night stay. Enjoyed our meal at the attached restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Pretty location apart from (see next box) . Enjoyed a swim in the small pool which was a shock as the water was cold but once used to it was refreshing. We Went by coach next morning to Ulura. Our stay fitted purpose very well. Thank you. -

comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked a tour that took us
camping for two nights and the hotel offered to stow our luggage for us
until we returned.

The price was excellent because the quality of the apartment was excellent and I was told by a staff member the next morning that the apartment we stayed in was to be refurbished. we loved it the way it was. plenty of space.Very clean and set out well. would definately stay there again. -

I had a private room so it was luxurious! Great that towels were provided that was a real bonus and simple breakfast was really appreciated. I was also impressed that I was given a discount for the broken sink. Overall I was really impressed as I haven't stayed in a backpacker's lodge since the 70's!!! Yes I am 60 years young!!!!!! -
