Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look
after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

it was extremely good value for money
it had lots of facilities but we weren't really there for vacation so didn't get to use them -
Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to all facilities, close to the Pub for meals/ music etc. Clean, well-presented cabins. Access to a heated pool as well.

Beautiful,peaceful location. Cabins very spacious and well equipped. Loved the indoor/outdoor dining area. Five of us stayed in a two bedroom cabin. Facilities great....something for everyone. Swimming pool, table tennis, pool, walks, a great place to chill out. Will definately return to this idyllic spot. -

The Mantra and surrounding restaurants are a hidden gem not too far from Sydney. Leaving the car behind and taking the ferry from Palm Beach gave us a much needed relaxing romantic trip. Check in was quick and easy, the room was well appointed, kitchenette, laundry, spa bath, air con, balcony. Fantastic!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer

The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

The service and willingness to go the extra yard in helping out. We had
an issue with the fridge which meant some of our food being thrown out.
The management replaced the fridge immediately and offered free
accommodation to our son-in-law and daughter who came up for one night
as compensation. This was a nice gesture and showed a genuine concern

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool/spa was just bliss to use at the end of a tiring day up the mountains! The Harvest restaurant served quality food and had a lovely atmosphere, again with great staff. Whilst the Gazebo restaurant was perfect for breakfast and very well managed. Welcoming staff and huge apartment with all you need for a chilled out relaxed holiday with kids in a great location near shops and beach. The kids loved the pool and we BBQ ed most nights keeping costs even lower. Doctors surgery nearby for emergency day treatment was great for sick child. Very happy and will revisit.

I personally am a big fan of alpacas, so that was a wonderful, terrific, fantastic weekend for me. We lived in the middle of alpaca's meadow and I was able to pet them literally from my bedroom window. We were stuck for accomodation after a late decision to go to day on the green , would probably have never chosen this location but would never stay anywhere else now when we go to the Hunter . Couldn't fault anything , can't wait to go back for a longer stay & have recommended it to two young families already - it's a lovely place & incredibly clean . -
Staff at the property were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Cabins has everything you needed in them.
Better than staying in Pokolbin. It is far out but if you take some groceries with you it is fine. Though there are restaurants nearby. We were able to do a wine tour that picked us up from the property. Almighty Transport and Transfers were also amazing.

Beautiful old homestead in beautiful surroundings. Sitting out on the
verandah overlooking the golf course was a highlight. Really impressed
with all the lounge areas available, even with hotel fully booked there
was somewhere to relax. We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner
but the breakfast each morning didn't disappoint.
