  Easily reached, very quiet location with wonderful elevated views over golf course to surrounding countryside. Not crowded by any other nearby buildings, but close to Albury CBD and services. Room and en-suite exceptionally spacious with comfortable lounge. Excellent, very reasonably-priced meal from nearby golf club restaurant. - Pleasant staf... wat mensen zeggen » f, good clean facilities and the little extras such as milk, cooking facilities if reaquired and a practical set of cutlery and crockery. All in all very enjoyable and worth the visit, so much so that after our first stay on Monday of last week we returned on Sunday just gone for another stay.

  This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. Great value for money. Lovely facilities and superb comfort. The rooms and the complex are very clean and tidy. Buckets of windscreen wash dotted around were a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. It was very nice food, steak cooked as requested. The pork belly was lovely and vegetables were perfect as well. The bed was large and comfortable and all amenities were provided. - The rooms were quite and you could not hear your neighbours TV or upstairs visitors or traffic. Facitiliies were very clean & modern. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was good and an easy drive into the Motel reception area.

There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. - Lay out of apartments was fantastic for traveling with 2 teenagers. I will be recommending The Grand Mercure Hills Lodge to everyone I know who are planning to stay in Sydney and I intend to make it one of my first stops next time I visit Sydney.   In the two room apartment we had, the rooms were very spacious, friendly with comfortable beds.There were TVs in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the living room. The bathroom was very large and included a spa bath which was well utilised by our family. The kitchen facilities had all necessary appliances including a microwave. A ve - Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty.

The renovations really gave you the feeling of being back in the 1920's with plaques giving you little snippets of the history of some of the rooms. Tours were also available. The food was wonderful and in the original dining room of the school. The Hotel is steeped in history, and has been restored to reflect a bygone age. The food is superb, and there is an extensive beverage list. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
