  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... wat mensen zeggen » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  zeer goede lokatie, prachtig uitzicht op het Opera House. - My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We received an early check in which was greatly appreciated after 24hours travelling from the UK. The door men were very helpful: recommending restaurants, travel advice etc. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. The pool/gym facilities were a lovely treat. Perfect location in - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge restaurant recommendations were perfect for what we requested, which we did three times. The hotel is perfectly situated in Sydney for people wanting to visit the local historical areas as well as the most well known sights like the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, all within close walking distance from the hotel.
